Lightest wind turbine generator!
New-style WS 300 procures the output capacity of rating power 300W and maximum power 500W with minimal volume and weight. Through using new material and technology, we successfully manage the weight of turbine body at 12.5kg, which is half-weight of other same power products. Meanwhile, the volume is reduced to two thirds of other same power products.
For its light weight, WS 300 can be easily installed by two persons.
Connect tower's head with flange of generator and put tower's feet into tower base, then pull the tight wire to erect the tower.

The appliance of new material strengths generator's resistant-corrosion with blades and tails made of carbon fiber, while shell of generator aluminum alloy. Both of these materials are light weight and enjoy the characteristics of high strength and anti-corrosiveness. Therefore, you do not need to worry about WS 300's exposure to wind and rain in the open air.
Moreover, WS 300 is endowed with characteristics of low running noise and low start-up speed. Even if under extremely low wind speed, WS 300 can work well and generate little boring noise. On the one hand, you can benefit a lot from it. One the other, it can leisurely enjoy the wonderful life it brings. |
Other characteristics:
1. Highly integrated electric apparatus: An intelligent controller is included in generator, which reduces component number, installing workload and enhances reliability. The controller has high commutating efficiency, low noise and unloading excrescent charge.
2. New alternating generator: WS 300 is equipped with high-efficient alternating generator. Having adopted larger-size wiring, the generator has lower internal resistance.
3. New blades: The blades, made by exact ejection molding technique, are alary and high-efficiency. So the generator can start up with a low wind speed and use wind power more efficiently. In comparison to traditional materials, this new type adopts carbon fiber, which reduce the weight and enhances resistant corrosion.
4. Auto-defensive function after fully charged: Once the batteries are fully charged, the generator will be in a quiet adjusting mode. When batteries' voltage is slightly below the voltage when fully charged, the generator will re-generate electricity. That is to say, taking a 24v generator for example, it will shut down when the voltage of battery reaches 28.5v, and will work again when the voltage of battery falls to 26v.
5. New body: WS 300's body is founded with aluminum alloy, which is solid and durable. Meanwhile it has good heat-dispersing ability.

WS 300 can used in very broad scope, from providing power for lighting to small house, from camping tents to communication equipment and others It can bring you inexhaustible power, as long as there is enough wind resources in the environment. The following is a presentation for some environment(photo for reference). |

1. Installed on the street lights
WS 300 can be installed on the top of street light as lighting power. There need to be a extra section of pipe (diameter=48mm,length=100mm) to connect generator, and there should not be any obstacles in 800mm below generator's center axis. |

2.Installed on the house's external wall
If installed on house's external wall, you need prepare a pole (diameter=48mm, length resting on the height of house). To ensure the safety, the pole should be buried underground at least 200mm. Fans must ensure that the length of pole installed in the fan below (center run by the motor shaft) can not affect 800mm rotating fan and fan rotation obstacles.
To have pole fixed to the walls, it is advisable to weld or use U-shaped fixture. Considering the different methods and characteristics of housing constructions, we do not provide advice about this type of installation, but to ensure safety, the distance between two fixed points of pole should not exceed 1m. |

3. Installed in the open space
This is the most popular installation method of small wind turbine, and we provided a special tower attachment for your options. You can put up a tower quickly by using this attachment. Taking into account the high cost of transportation and the extremely simple manufacturing process, this annex do not include tower. Please purchase a 48mm diameter, 6 meter height pole as the tower. Because of the small volume and light weight, even 2 person can finish the installation |

4. Installed near camping tents or in other temporary venues
Thanks to the extremely small size and light weight, you can bring WS 300 to any necessary locations, especially when you want to spend time in the field. You can produce a suitable support by yourself or a factory, generating attention that the poles (or aluminum alloy tube) connected with generator need to be 48mm diameter. |

5. Installed near communications or monitoring station
Some communication or monitoring stations are far away from power grids, so wind power generator is undoubtedly a good choice to fill into the gap. We suggest using the method mentioned above to install the generator or fix it on equipment tower. Special attention should be paid to the need for a 48mm diameter pole connected generator. |
6. Installed on board
WS 300 can be used on board as a supply for diesel generators. Please install generator according to the board specific conditions. Special attention should be paid to the need for a 48mm diameter pole connected generator. |

| WS 300 generator integrates assembly of the controller. The advantage of such a system is to improve stability and reduce the volume. Meanwhile, it also reduces the workload of connection. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- During the process of installing wind turbine generator, connecting electrical wiring is a very important step. If the connection is wrong or loose, there may be unforeseen problems later. We are providing the following electrical wiring plans for your reference. It is enough to have some electrical knowledge. Meanwhile, we also hope you to notice that this map does not display controller for the reason that it has been integrated into the generator. I believe this will reduce your workload and improve system stability. We offer two maps by reason that WS 300 can be both used in the off-grid environment, and used in the off-grid environment.

Placement of batteries and inverter
The battery must be placed in a drying and ventilated room where temperature is constant. Calculate the battery's total number of parallel and serial, and then design the wooden stand for battery and inverter. Series will be battery, the battery first one then the second battery cathode electrode followed by accumulation of the required voltage wiring with the first part wiping grease or other resistant-corrosion materials.
Notes : ¢Ù proposed battery configuration for this generators is two 12V150AH batteries.
¢Ú the input voltage of inverter should be equal value with the battery's series voltage.
